I had a great experience with Alex from start to end. I am really happy with the final product. The only thing I will note, was the fact you are based in the USA. The domain name for your website is an NZ one so I assumed that you were based here in NZ. Once I realised this, Alex was great at helping me from there and I decided to continue with the order. It would be good if you made it clearer that you are based in the USA on the NZ website.
